We all heard how important it is to eat healthy meat, vegetables etc. but how really important is it?
In some cases food is the decisive thing when it comes to success, in some sports if you don't eat healthy you could reduce your performance and maybe even get injured. Healthy eating is very important as an athlete and even a person that doesn’t do sports, without food you can’t do anything because you would be tired and you won’t think correctly and overall wouldn’t be effective.
Of course eating something not healthy once isn’t the worst but if you can eat as healthy as possible i think that’s the best option.
