Most of us try to eat as healthy as we can and we may sometimes get confused by what is healthy and what is “Healthy” there are many foods that we think are healthy because of what we heard about them, the facts is that is many of those foods are high in sugar carbohydrates and don’t get me wrong sugar and carbohydrates are very important for the body to function and keep you energized but if you’re on a diet do a good research about the foods you’re eating and if you can go see a dietitian, they are experts when it comes to dieting and healthy eating.
Don’t think that just because you saw a celebrity promote a product that is food that it is healthy, check the nutrition facts which are mostly located at the back of the package.
