There are many sports and many of them are very healthy but there are a couple that are healthier.
Some may think lifting weights may be the healthiest because you can get big muscles, but the healthiest sport has to work on everything because while you lift weights you don’t work on your aerobic capacity, the healthiest sport has it all, This type of sport is swimming which works on all of your muscles and also work on your aerobic capacity.
Of course you can choose what type of sports you want to do but just remember there is a lot more stuff to work on, it’s not all about the size of the muscles and how big you are there are many aspects of health.
