While some of us are competitive athletes that go to competitions, not all are like that. Some do their sport for fun to be healthier and just for the fun of it, but what is better?
Well it really depends on the type of person, some people need competition and some don’t and they just need the satisfaction of doing it and that’s it, in my opinion it doesn’t matter if you’re competitive or not as long as you’re enjoying what you do and you train your body.
When you’re not competitive you can build your own schedule and fit the workouts to when you have time and want but when you’re competitive you don’t choose anything but you have a team and a program that could help you get better at what you’re doing.
